KARACHI: Former West Indian cricketer Dwayne Bravo will sing Quetta Gladiators' official anthem for Pakistan Super League (PSL) season eight.
In a video message, Bravo announced that he will be singing anthem of Gladiators once again.
"It's that time of the year. Season 8, PSL. Champion DJ Bravo will sing official team song of Quetta Gladiators. Get familiar, it's coming soon. Champion DJ Bravo fully endorse Quetta Gladiators," he said.
In 2019, Bravo made anthem of Gladiators named 'We The Gladiators'. Sarfaraz Ahmed-led Gladiators won their maiden PSL title that year, with Bravo also part of the winning squad.
Head coach Moin Khan
Quetta Gladiators' head coach Moin Khan is confident that his team will make strong comeback this year.
"We have some really good players this time around. I know we weren't up to the mark in last couple of seasons. But this time around, we will try to come back strongly," he told media in a press conference.
"We won the title back in 2019 which was very special for us. All the players want to relive that moment and we are up for it," he added.
Gladiators have failed to qualify for the playoffs since 2020.
